Nick Patel is a real estate agent and investor based in North Texas (DFW area), specializing in residential properties, wholesaling distressed homes, and advising on buy-and-hold investments. A Compass colleague and team member associated with Haistings Real Estate Group, he grew up in his family's motel business before moving to Dallas around 2011 and entering residential real estate flipping and investing.
